Hi Debbie!
Apologies for the time it has taken to write this email, but sometimes work just gets in the way!
The chaps and I want to say a huge thank you to you and the girls for taking such excellent care of us all,
we all loved the place and the breakfast was truly stunning!
So thanks for everything and we hope to see you again in the future.

Chosen at random by one of my friends and proved to be a good choice - could have stayed longer. Very pleasant welcome and super breakfast to go with it. The location was within a five minute walk of the venue where we were attending a music Mod themed night. Room could have been a little bigger, but was for one person. The shower/toilet room door was a bit too close to the bed when opened. This is a very minor point.

One nights stay to meet up with an old friend who lives the other side of the country. This was a lovely B & B. The room was very comfortable, extremely clean and the host very friendly and welcoming. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Great location too.

We arrived late, and let ourselves in by code provided the friendly receptionist staff earlier that day. We entered the building into an entrance reception which had the homely smell of an open fire. We entered our bedroom to find it large, comfortable, modern yet suiting to the cottage style of the building. it was a really easy, well situated bnb, my only note would be wifi in the bedrooms is weak for streaming. Great location, very friendly staff, an overall easy experience.

We were warmly welcomed; our room was very comfortable and clean. In the evening we had a lovely dinner and the choice was very good. Breakfast was as we liked it. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly return.

We stayed for 2 nights in a very comfortable and clean room. The building is very old and has a lot of character which we loved. The gardens are very pretty and it is only a short walk into Banbury. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a great choice of food for breakfast, which was delicious and was served quickly.

We stayed for one day, and visited Banbury and Oxford. This is a an incredibly delightful place to stay; a huge roaring fire in the reception; - the room was exceptional - and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was just awesome!

Hi it's Wayne in room 11 and I just already felt the need to tell you how lovely I think your guest house is, so quaint and pretty. I'm a contracts manager in the construction industry but a joiner by trade so it's delightful to so all the rustic charm this property has. I constantly travel with work and spend a lot of my life in hotels mainly like travelodge and whilst they are sufficient they have no character at all. This makes a lovely refreshing change for me and I will definately visit again.
To top it all the hostess is lovely and made me feel very very welcome.

Dear Sarah and all the staff at Easington House,
Just a little note to thank you all for a lovely stay at Easington House. I had a lovely few days and have missed my cooked breakfast and the fantastic crumble and custard… the best ever!
However the most important assets that Easington House has are the wonderful staff who were friendly and kind no matter how busy. Not always easy I am sure.
I shall look forward to coming up again to friendly Banbury.
With best wishes
