All rates include Full English or Continental style breakfast, VAT and free Internet access.

Terms & Conditions

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the booking, however there is a full refund offered if the booking is cancelled within the 48 hour period (see Cancellations). Group or larger bookings would be subject to a 10 day cancellation period rather than 48 hours (see also under Cancellations). We accept most major credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept cash but no longer accept cheques.

Cancellations

We require from 12 noon, 48 hours notice of cancellations otherwise the room will be charged at the quoted rate for up to 2 nights chargeable. A full refund will be given if a reservation is cancelled within the specified cancellation period. This however may not apply on certain events throughout the year (which you would be advised of at the time of the booking), or to group and larger bookings where a ten day cancellation notice would be applicable.

Check in/out Times

Check in times ideally between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check in outside of these times maybe organized by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, guests are requested to vacate their rooms before 10.30 a.m. Monday-Friday and before 11.00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Car Parking

Vehicles left in the hotel car park are the responsibility of the guest.

Non-Smoking Policy

We are non smoking throughout.

Night Workers

Please note that we do not take night workers.

Dogs and Other Pets

We do not accept animals except for guide dogs by prior arrangement.
